Antonio Orlando is plastic surgeon very experienced in both Aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. He has an excellent reputation in all aspects of cosmetic surgery including breast surgery, face lifts, eyelid surgery, nose surgery, body contouring including abdominoplasty and other non-surgical procedures. He receives referrals from other Consultant Plastic Surgeons throughout the UK because of his expertise in nose reshaping.

Mr Orlando has been the lead clinician for skin oncology in North Bristol NHS trust for over 10 years. He has introduced Sentinel Node biopsy in Bristol and developed a nation-wide reputation in the treatment of Melanoma and skin cancers with particular expertise in complex reconstruction of the head and neck.

He provides rapid access urgent appointments for assessment and treatment of any form of skin cancer. When necessary, he is able to provide urgent surgical treatment which spans from minor local anaesthetic procedures to more complex resection and reconstruction under general anaesthetic.

Consultations and local anaesthetic procedures are provided in a clinic in 58 Queen Square while the general anaesthetic inpatient operations are provided at the Chesterfield Nuffield hospital in Clifton.

Iraklis Delikonstantinou

Mr Iraklis Delikonstantinou is a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon specialising in skin cancer surgery and melanoma treatment.

He is a substantive NHS Consultant at Southmead Hospital, Bristol NHS Foundation Trust.

Mr Delikonstantinou graduated in Medicine in 2000 and completed specialist training in Plastic Surgery in Europe before moving to the UK, where he continued his training and developed his expertise in skin oncology, burns and hand surgery.

He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS), a Fellow of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS), and a full member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS).

His expertise in melanoma includes wide local excision, sentinel lymph node biopsy and lymph node surgery. He has extensive experience in complex reconstruction following skin cancer removal, particularly in delicate and cosmetically sensitive areas.

Mr Delikonstantinou believes that good skin cancer care is about more than simply removing a tumour. It is about making the right diagnosis, planning treatment carefully and, when reconstruction is required, achieving the best possible functional and cosmetic outcome.

His approach combines oncological precision, thoughtful reconstruction and personalised patient care, with an emphasis on clear communication, safety and ensuring that every patient understands their diagnosis and treatment options at every stage.

Jonathon Pleat

Jonathon works as an NHS Consultant Plastic Surgeon specializing in burn care and general plastic surgery where he has special interests in Skin Cancer and Scarring. He is a member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (BAPRAS), The British and the European Burns Associations, The British Association of Hair Restoration Surgery and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery.
